Gail Merritt

Was a 2nd Degree black belt with the International Taekwon-Do Federation. Mrs. Merritt was a certified international instructor, as well as a certified instructor with with the international Taekwon-Do kids course.  She had attended numerous provincial, western, national, international and world championships. She also had attended many seminars with Grand Master Tran, Master Ottesen, and the IIC technical committee. Mrs. Merritt had been with Merritts Ultimate Taekwon-Do since the start and has helped develop the school to what it is today. She had a devoted her time and energy in developing the Little Dragons program to what it is today.


Assistant Instructors

Is a 6th Degree black belt in the International Taekwon-Do Federation, a certified international instructor, and a Class A umpire.  Mrs. M has been training since she was five years old. She was a strong individual, national and international competitor and has been a member of Team Canada for 6 consecutive years.  With 28 years of experience she provides quality, family orientated, original style Taekwon-Do. Her focus is on quality instruction, building moral culture and supporting personal development.​

Mark Harding, B.ED & M.ED


Is a 2nd Degree black belt with the international Taekwon-Do Federation. Mr. Harding started Taekwon-Do in 1983. He taught at a Taekwon-Do school in High Level for four years. Mr. Harding has a passion for teaching, being an administrator and vice principal for over 9 years.
